About BridgeView
When we opened our doors in 2005, we believed technology was, above all else, a people business. Much of the industry has become increasingly transactional, optimizing for speed and short term gains instead of investing in the people and relationships that drive long term success.
Our founders Chris Beisler and Tim Glennie chose a different path, built on three simple values:
Twenty years later, our belief in the importance of people still shapes every conversation we have, every partnership we build, and every decision we make. It’s why both our clients and team members stay with us for years, not months.
The BridgeView Way
For over twenty years, these principles have shaped every hiring decision, every consulting engagement and every client relationship we’ve built.
Relationships + Integrity
Better relationships drive better outcomes.
Technology staffing and consulting are built on trust, not transactions.
The longer we work together, the better we understand your business, culture, and goals. That is why the same recruiters and consultants stay with our clients year after year, helping them make better hiring decisions, deliver stronger technology outcomes, and build lasting success.
We do not want to fill your next role or deliver your next project and disappear. We want to become the partner you trust for the next ten years.
How we put it into practice:
Agility + Process
Technology should strengthen human judgment, not replace it.
We use technology to remove repetitive work, surface better insights, and help us move faster.
But hiring decisions, consulting recommendations, and strategic advice will always come from experienced professionals who understand your business. Technology is one of our tools. Human judgment is still our greatest strength.
How we put it into practice:
Experience + Standards
We’re measured by what lasts.
Anyone can celebrate filling a role or finishing a project. We measure success differently.
Did the candidate stay? Did the project deliver lasting value? Would you trust us with the next challenge?
That is why we always give honest advice, recommend what is genuinely best for our clients and candidates, and walk away when we do not believe we are the right fit.
Long-term partnerships demand long-term accountability.
How we put it into practice:
Our North Star
These values shape how we work with our clients, candidates, and one another.
{adjective} [aw-then-tik]
Be your best self.
Act with integrity.
We respect our ecosystem of employees, candidates and clients.
What it looks like
We build genuine relationships, communicate honestly, and do what is right, even when it is not the easiest answer.
{adjective} [driv-uh n]
We are persistent and resilient. We are 100% committed partners.
What it looks like

{noun} [fo-kest]
We are subject-matter experts. We are sharpshooters. We are dedicated to the right fit, or we will walk.
What it looks like
We prioritize quality over volume, provide recommendations based on experience, and say no when the fit is not right.
Balanced Work & Play
Colorado has been our home since day one. It’s where our founders built the company. It’s where many of our team have built their careers. And it’s where we’ve built lasting relationships with our community.
We’re proud to have been recognized as one of Denver’s Best Places to Work seven times, named one of Outside Magazine’s Best Places to Work four times and selected as a Denver Broncos Small Business Partner.
Those recognitions matter because they reflect the kind of company we’ve always wanted to build, from the inside out.
Been There. Done That.
Our leadership team averages more than twenty years of experience across technology, staffing and consulting. You’ll still find them working directly with clients, solving complex problems and helping guide important decisions every day.
The average tenure across this team is 15 years. The people you see below are the same people many of our clients have worked with for years, and the same people they’ll continue working with long into the future.
