When I’m not at work, one of my favorite things is to cook very involved meals, which requires me to find the right seasonal ingredients to elevate the dish. It’s similar to what drives me in my professional life: finding an ideal candidate in search of a career change and matching them with a company that needs not only a skillset but also an individual who can drive the position forward with passion. In either case, timing can be everything.

I received my bachelor’s degree from Grinnell College in Iowa and gained staffing experience in a range of recruiting positions in finance and healthcare, along with nonprofit experience fundraising for organizations such as PBS. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, I’m motivated by the idea that our business is about service. I can come to work every day at BridgeView knowing my colleagues also honor that standard for our clients and candidates. If I can match the desires of the companies and candidates we serve and do my best to fulfill that—all while helping our clients understand their own needs—I know I’ve done my job.
