I wear a lot of hats at BridgeView, which enables me to fully understand the processes and corporate strategies that contribute to not just our success, but also that of our employees, clients and contractors. I love to see the hard work of our great team pay off, whether it’s sifting through a major client contract to get the business or assuring a strong candidate that working with BridgeView is the best path forward.

As BridgeView’s Director of Operations, my main responsibilities include managing company contracts, onboarding processes for contract employees, and IT support. Having these responsibilities allows me to utilize my expertise in contract, project and process management to support and maintain a consistent and productive workflow for company-wide back office and operations.
