I love seeing the hard work of our team pay off, whether it’s navigating a complex contract to best support our clients or enhancing the day-to-day experience for our people.
As VP of Operations, my core responsibilities include managing company contracts, overseeing onboarding processes for our contractors, leading our operations staff, and providing IT support. These responsibilities allow me to leverage my expertise in contract, project, and process management to drive efficiency, maintain a consistent workflow, and support the success of our best-in-class support team and the organization as a whole.
