As Director of Business Development at BridgeView, I partner with organizations to secure the talent they need to move projects forward and scale their teams. I work closely with hiring managers and business leaders as a trusted advisor, providing support across contract, project-based, and permanent IT hiring.

My focus is simple. I work to deliver the right talent quickly while building long-term partnerships with the companies I support. By collaborating closely with our high-performing recruiting team, we identify and deliver top IT professionals through strong sourcing strategies and proven processes. This helps ensure quality hires while minimizing risk.

I enjoy meeting new people, expanding my network, and building strong relationships within the technology community. When I’m not connecting with clients or setting up Teams invites, I enjoy spending time with my husband as we navigate parenting our son, daughter, and Mini Bernedoodle.
