The most rewarding part of my job is working with people to help them progress in their career along with developing lasting relationships, which progress over time as new opportunities arise. The people and company culture at BridgeView come together to create the perfect environment for this kind of work. We exist in a very challenging industry, but knowing BridgeView has my back makes it a lot easier to do my best.

I’ve been a Senior Technical Recruiter with BridgeView for more than five years. I work closely with our sales team to support clients in recruiting for IT and engineering technology professionals, be it on a full-time, contract or management consulting basis. I’m proud of the work I’ve done, and after being awarded the top recruiter in the organization three years running, I know that BridgeView feels the same way.
