When I’m not at work, you can find me on the lacrosse, baseball or football field watching my three boys, or with my husband and boys hiking or skiing.
As Senior Director of Business Development for BridgeView, I match our customers with high-performing technologists who are excited, engaged and positioned to thrive at what they do best. Working with hiring managers to understand their business needs and culture, I help build high-performing teams. I work carefully to align top talent with each customer’s business, hiring needs and culture, always keeping the candidate’s career goals and what inspires them in mind. The end result, which we’re often able to achieve, is a win-win for everyone involved.
