BridgeView makes significant investment and continuously innovates, in our strategy to screen and vet candidates. Our recruiting team speaks directly to each candidate directly to evaluate both the candidates’ technical and cultural fit for each job requirement. Secondary screening steps include online technical assessments, technical Q&A, and/or video interviews. Further, all candidates have two references completed and must pass a background check, employment verification and we also participate in E-Verify ensure employment eligibility and combat candidate fraud.

BridgeView follows a methodical process to match candidates for each new job requisition. After a client discovery call is completed, we determine the key required and preferred skills for the requirement. Factoring in the location, experience level, compensation, and other details, we can effectively identify a targeted pool of candidates. We develop customized outreach campaigns for each job requirement and on average, for every three candidates we screen, we’ll identify one candidate that meets the requirements.
