BridgeView connects you with pre-vetted Blockchain Engineers. Contract, contract-to-hire, or direct hire.
Tell us what you need
A recruiter will follow up within one business day.
We move fast. Most clients receive qualified candidates within 48–72 hours of intake.
Intake Call
We learn your chain, protocol requirements, use case, and team dynamics in a focused 30-minute conversation.
Candidate Shortlist
We surface 2–4 pre-vetted Blockchain Engineers from our active network, typically within 48 hours.
Interviews & Eval
You meet the candidates. We coordinate scheduling, provide evaluation support, and gather feedback.
Offer & Onboard
We handle the offer, paperwork, and first-day logistics so your new engineer hits the ground running.
Every project is different. We support all three hiring models with the same level of care.
Contract
Bring in a Blockchain Engineer for a defined project, protocol build, or audit engagement without a long-term commitment.
Contract-to-Hire
Trial the engineer for 3–6 months before making a permanent offer. Reduce hiring risk while filling a seat fast.
Direct Hire
We source, screen, and present candidates ready for a full-time offer. 50+ direct-hire placements over the past three years.
We vet for protocol expertise, smart contract depth, and real-world deployment experience — not just resume keywords.

Certifications
Use these to evaluate protocol depth and smart contract experience, or let us handle the technical screen for you.
Can you walk us through a smart contract you designed and deployed — what were the key security considerations?
Strong candidates describe specific contracts (ERC-20, ERC-721, custom logic), explain reentrancy guards, integer overflow protections, and access control patterns. Look for familiarity with audit tools like Slither or MythX and experience resolving findings.
How do you approach gas optimization in Solidity, and what tradeoffs do you consider?
Look for specific techniques: using mappings over arrays, packing storage variables, minimizing on-chain computation, and batching transactions. Engineers who can articulate the cost-versus-readability tradeoff show production maturity beyond just making contracts work.
What experience do you have with Layer 2 solutions or cross-chain integrations?
Listen for hands-on work with Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, or bridge protocols. Candidates should understand the tradeoffs between security, finality, and throughput — not just that L2s are "faster and cheaper."
How do you test and audit smart contracts before deployment?
Mature engineers reference unit testing with Hardhat or Foundry, fuzz testing, formal verification tools, and staging on testnets before mainnet. Look for a structured pre-deployment checklist rather than ad hoc testing.
Describe your experience with enterprise blockchain platforms like Hyperledger Fabric versus public chains.
Strong candidates can contrast permissioned versus permissionless architectures — consensus mechanisms, privacy models, and when each is appropriate for a business use case. This separates DeFi-only engineers from those who can serve enterprise clients.
How do you keep up with the rapidly evolving blockchain ecosystem and evaluate new protocols or tooling?
Look for a systematic approach: following EIPs, participating in developer communities, reviewing audits of major protocols, and maintaining a personal testnet environment. Engineers who only cite Twitter or news sources signal surface-level engagement with the space.

Technical Recruiters, Not Keyword Matchers
Our recruiters have 20+ years of IT staffing experience and evaluate smart contract depth and protocol expertise before any résumé reaches your inbox.
Speed Without Shortcuts
Most clients receive a shortlist within 48–72 hours. We move fast because we maintain an active blockchain engineering pipeline, not because we cut corners on vetting.
All Three Hiring Models Under One Roof
Whether you need a 3-month contractor, a C2H arrangement, or a permanent team member, we run the same thorough process — no separate divisions, no handoffs.
Placement Guarantee
All direct-hire placements include a guarantee period. If a match doesn't work out, we'll find a replacement at no additional cost.
