TITLE: Systems Administrator
LOCATION: Portsmouth, NH (hybrid)

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Provide administration of IT infrastructure: Servers/desktops/laptops, security, networking, storage/backup systems
- Provide administration of cloud resources in Azure including cost management
- Support internal development teams and subsequent server environments attached to those teams
- Deploy code to development environments (DevOps)
- Configure and maintain virtual infrastructure using VMware
- Maintain multi-tiered, production storage systems
- Run backup architecture and disaster recovery practices
- Conduct server audits, performance testing, and provide dashboard reporting
- Identify opportunities for automation; write scripts and execute
- Provide a point of escalation for Desktop Support and System Administration teams
- Serve on an on-call rotation and be available off hours for scheduled system maintenance and emergencies
- Monitor network and server system performance to provide proactive solutions for improvements and efficient resolution of any problems
- Perform software updates and vulnerability patching to ensure systems security and PCI compliance
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise Windows Server environments
- Advanced Windows Server administration 2012-2019
- Advanced Active Directory and GPO administration
- Advanced virtualization administration utilizing VMware
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure in Azure
- PowerShell scripting
- SCCM experience
- Experience managing O365 and Exchange Online
- Experience managing backup architecture
- Intermediate experience managing Cisco network switches, PAN firewalls, and F5 load balancers
- MCSE, MCSA or similar preferred. ITIL certification a plus.
