Denver, CO – BridgeView, one of Denver’s leading technology consulting firms, is thrilled to announce its fifth consecutive designation in Outside Magazine’s 2023 “The 50 Best Places to Work,” moving up 3 spots into 6th place! This esteemed awards program recognizes 50 exceptional U.S. employers spanning diverse industries, placing significant emphasis on feedback from employees.
This award highlights BridgeView’s well-established track record of prioritizing employee satisfaction, supported by greater flexibility for remote work, increased vacation time, and comprehensive health benefits. The companies selected not only meet these expectations but also go above and beyond, promoting an active lifestyle and enabling staff to strike a harmonious balance between their work and personal life.
In reference to this award, our VP of Recruiting, Nick Nordin, discusses the significance, stating, “The technology staffing and consulting industry tends to be very numbers-driven, which can be stressful, but BridgeView has successfully walked a fine line between driving revenue and employee happiness.”
Outside’s annual “Best Places to Work” list determines its rankings based on employee surveys, which represent 75% of the scoring and contain over eighty questions grouped into eight core areas. These areas include culture, leadership, training, and pay. The surveys are completed anonymously to ensure truthful responses and feedback.
The remaining 25% of the score comes from a questionnaire about efforts to create positive employee experiences, including benefits or practices such as PTO, career development, hiring practices, community service, employee recognition programs, and more.
Co-founders Tim Glennie and Chris Beisler shared their thoughts on this year’s Best Places to Work recognition, “Celebrating our initial win of the Outside award was an unforgettable moment, and now, securing it for the fifth year in a row continues to fill us with immense gratitude,” said Tim. “This achievement speaks volumes about the exceptional team we have.” Chris agreed, “Our team consists of dedicated individuals who take immense pride in their work, in BridgeView, and in the invaluable friendships we’ve formed. Each person contributes a unique perspective that allows us to truly have fun while doing amazing work. It is a privilege to work alongside the entire BridgeView team.”
The entire BridgeView team is thrilled to be listed alongside numerous outstanding companies, and extend our gratitude to our clients, employees, and Outside Magazine for this recognition.
