BridgeView makes significant investment and continuously innovates, in our strategy to screen and vet candidates. Our recruiting team speaks directly to each candidate directly to evaluate both the candidates’ technical and cultural fit for each job requirement. Secondary screening steps include online technical assessments, technical Q&A, and/or video interviews.
