Secondary screening steps include online technical assessments, technical Q&A, and/or video interviews. Further, all candidates have two references completed and must pass a background check, employment verification and we also participate in E-Verify ensure employment eligibility and combat candidate fraud.

BridgeView follows a methodical process to match candidates for each new job requisition. After a client discovery call is completed, we determine the key required and preferred skills for the requirement.
