BridgeView is proud to announce we’ve been named one of Outside’s 2022 Best Places to Work for the fourth year in a row. And, we moved up fifteen positions into 9th place! We’re honored to be included among so many great companies on the list, and we’re so pleased that our employees hold Bridgeview in such positive regard.

Outside’s annual Best Places to Work list determines its rankings based on employee surveys, which represent 75% of the scoring and contain over eighty questions grouped into eight core areas. These areas include culture, leadership, training, and pay. The surveys are completed anonymously to ensure truthful responses and feedback.

The remaining 25% of the score comes from a questionnaire about efforts to create positive employee experiences, including benefits or practices such as PTO, career development, hiring practices, community service, employee recognition programs, and more.
