With a bachelor’s in psychology, along with more than five years in recruiting and sales, my background supports my everyday work at BridgeView. As the Director of Business Development, I work alongside our clients to provide a customized, customer-friendly plan that fits their specific hiring needs. The most rewarding part of my job is working with a wide range of individuals and uniting them as we construct the right solution.
