The Warehouse Automation Engineer provides hands-on technical support for advanced robotics solutions in a fast-paced operational environment. This role ensures equipment reliability, resolves technical issues, and acts as a key liaison between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site technical support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime.

Respond promptly to service requests, communicating clearly with customers to resolve issues and improve overall satisfaction.

Deliver technical training to customers and system integrators on equipment operation, safety procedures, and troubleshooting scenarios.

Document, summarize, and analyze recurring technical issues; identify root causes and recommend improvements.

Collaborate closely with internal engineering, service, and operations teams to uphold service quality and operational efficiency.

Manage spare parts ordering and inventory, ensuring availability while maintaining appropriate stock levels and quality control.

Perform additional service-related duties as required to support operational success.
Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in warehouse automation support, field service, or resident engineering role.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Robotics, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to learn, operate, and support mechanical, electrical, and logistics system software.

Hands-on experience using technical tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance instruments.

Knowledge of WMS integration and PLC-controlled systems.

Experience with Linux/UNIX environments, SQL, and scripting for task automation.

Basic understanding of networking concepts including VPNs, firewalls, and routers.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on-site.
