TITLE: Senior ERM Risk Analyst
LOCATION: Remote

OVERVIEW
The Senior ERM Risk Analyst will play a critical role in advancing the maturity of the Enterprise Risk Management program. This role will focus on operational risk reporting, key risk indicators (KRIs), and the development of scalable, forward-looking risk practices. The analyst will work cross-functionally to embed risk intelligence into business decision-making and support the transformation of ERM into a proactive, insight-driven function.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain operational risk dashboards and KRI frameworks to monitor emerging and residual risks across business units.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Audit, Compliance, Legal, Technology) to align risk assessments with strategic priorities and regulatory expectations.
- Support the execution of enterprise-wide risk assessments, including scenario planning and stress testing for high-impact areas such as AI, cyber, and money movement.
- Contribute to the integration of ERM and Internal Audit through shared risk taxonomies, unified risk registers, and joint reporting initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation of GRC tools and automation to enhance risk visibility and reporting efficiency.
- Prepare materials for ERM Committees and senior leadership, including risk treatment updates, mitigation tracking, and board-level reporting.
- Lead or support special projects related to risk culture, third-party risk, and regulatory compliance.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of risk frameworks (e.g., COSO ERM, ISO 31000) and regulatory expectations.
- Experience with risk analytics, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Preferred: Experience with GRC platforms and automation tools, including AuditBoard
