We are seeking an experienced Lead Technician to oversee commercial audiovisual installations in Denver, CO. This role ensures high-quality execution across audio, video, and network-integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead commercial A/V installations, including audio, video, and networked systems.

2. Install, configure, and fine-tune audiovisual equipment such as cameras, projectors, and control systems.

3. Perform structured cable management and termination for various cabling types.

4. Install and support hardware including Crestron, Extron, Biamp, and QSC components.

5. Support DSP configuration and system functionality.

6. Collaborate with remote programmers to ensure seamless system integration.

7. Apply networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, and router configuration.

8. Conduct system testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and end-user training.

9. Ensure projects are completed according to scope, checklist, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial Audio/Video integration experience.

• Hands-on experience with Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSC, and related A/V technologies.

• Experience with control and configuration tools such as Crestron Toolbox, Biamp Tesira, Q-SYS, and Shure software.

• Strong understanding of DSP functionality and troubleshooting.

• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, and routers.

• Valid Colorado Driver’s License required.

• Strong troubleshooting, time management, and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills:

• CTS or CTS-I Certification strongly preferred.
