The Field Service Engineer will leverage expertise in warehouse automation and robotics systems to support global implementations and customer deployments. This role combines technical execution with solution design and customer support, suitable for candidates who excel in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a technical expert and mentor engineers on complex automation implementations.

Configure firmware and support hardware including robots, conveyors, and related systems.

Support proof-of-concept testing and technical validation with sales and pre-sales teams.

Design and develop software tools and test frameworks to validate system performance.

Provide on-site and post-deployment support for reliable operation of automation platforms.

Test fully integrated warehouse management systems alongside customer and vendor subsystems.

Implement large-scale warehouse automation projects, including AGV, ACR, and conveyor systems.

Define testing, acceptance criteria, and system integration validation.

Conduct site inspections and grid line marking for automation setups.

Perform automation system integration and end-to-end testing.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to automation equipment.

Assist with software testing and validation during project implementation.
Qualifications:
-
1–2+ years of hands-on field experience in warehouse automation or material handling.

Experience implementing AGV, ACR, or AMR automation solutions.

Knowledge of WMS integration and PLC-controlled systems.

Experience with Linux/UNIX, SQL, and scripting for task automation.

Basic understanding of networking concepts including VPNs and firewalls.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Robotics, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%).
