TITLE: Enterprise Program Architect
LOCATION: Remote
COMPENSATION: 140 – 180K
OVERVIEW:
As the Enterprise Program Architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and architecture on key projects and Programs. In this role, you will drive the design, architecture, transition planning for the Program in additional to owning design issues and decisions. You will work closely with the development teams, global architecture, global planning and delivery, manufacture teams and the security and operations function.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years of experience leading the design, big pictures, and outcomes of the architecture
- Experience in managing matrix organised architecture and design resources on a large technology Program
- Experience in deploying inhouse and packaged application solutions across multiple geographies into premise public cloud technology
- Expert experience in design and implementation of ETL and data integration solutions/projects and working with associated technology vendors
- Demonstratable experience in the implementation of end user platforms and back-office applications
- Experience in technology consolidation and implementation for acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures
- Demonstratable experience in leading the design and architecture of a large technology program
- Experience working in a global technology organization across geographies and cultures and used to working with global problems and solutions
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of Financial Services, Share Registry/Transfer Agency, Employee Share Plan or Communications industries and markets
