Overview
Looking for a detail-oriented senior product manager to manage the product life cycle all the way from strategic planning to tactical initiatives. The senior product manager specifies the market requirements in relation to the business need for existent and future products based on market research realized through interactions with the customers and prospective customers. As a result-oriented senior product manager you will drive cross-functional collaboration between design, engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments.

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
  • Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure team project goals are in alignment to the organizational goals and strategies.
  • Supervise and support product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Prepare and review product requirement documents
  • Ensure stories are written at the appropriate level to allow the team to deliver value frequently and effectively
  • Organize product releases properly and ensure the compliance with schedule
  • Prepare recommendation to expand product base and vision
  • Prepare recommendation to track product use and impact on end users
Requirements
  • Understands the landscape of problems and quickly zeros in on the best strategy to achieve business outcomes
  • Excellent Storyteller
  • Demonstrates expertise in a variety of product discovery techniques
  • Makes choices about priorities that clearly demonstrate an understanding of the business goals, market demand and user needs
  • Ability to measure product health and use data to inform prioritization decisions, to ensure product quality and service levels, and meet defined goals and success metrics
  • Inspires new ways of working and product practice techniques
  • Can effectively cope with change and can shift gears comfortably
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience working as a software product manager working on SAAS product launches
  • Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in Agile environment
  • Strong organizational? leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach
  • Ability to lead multiple initiatives with a track record for achieving timely results
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Natural leadership instincts, with a positive team building approach
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education/EdTech industry experience
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
