HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Senior Desktop Administrator (Client Tools) is responsible for the development, deployment and support of all desktop operating systems, applications and images

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Project management
  • Report on project timeline, milestones, risks and budget status
  • Evangelize our Client Solutions
  • Work with the Organization to design our client solutions
  • Research and guide adoption of Modern Work place tools
  • Provide final support for Desktops and Modern Work place tools
  • Develop and Maintain an application lifecycle to ensure all computers and applications are patched in a timely and consistent manner
  • Develop and maintain procedures for testing applications prior to deployment
  • Package applications, operating systems and software updates utilizing tools such as Intune and MDT
  • Implement configuration and security policies via Intune
  • Document the customizations and changes made during the packaging process
  • Automate process for deployment with PowerShell and Intune
  • Participate in the Knowledge Management Process
  • Create and maintain Knowledge Base Articles
  • Create and maintain System Documentation
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide support and training to end-users as required
  • Demonstrate Effective Team Communication
  • Handle Escalation
  • Follow all SOPs
  • Prioritize the work of self and others
  • Manage external field services and managed services resources
  • Troubleshoot systems at a detail and a conceptual level
  • Provide back-up support for the service desk technicians
  • Participate in the after-hours support rotation
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Manage customer expectations
  • Advocate for the customer
  • 100% ticket documentation
  • Understand the role of IT in supporting our business partners
  • Meet SLAs on incident response
