TITLE: Junior Java Developer
LOCATION: Denver, CO
COMPENSATION: $100,000 – $105,000

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
-
Produce efficient and elegant code using techniques such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).

Conduct code reviews for accuracy and functionality.
-
Troubleshoot, debug, maintain and improve existing software.
-
Operationally supporting our existing platforms so that we maintain high system availability to our clients.

Contribute substantially to Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CD/CD) processes.

Active member of scrum team on an Agile Release Train (ART).

Through team and train retrospectives, always be seeking relentless improvement to increase quality, velocity, processes and teamwork.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related degree.

Solid experience developing, deploying, and supporting customer facing software solutions on distributed platforms.

Ability to grasp new concepts and to complete challenging assignments quickly.
-
Self-starter who thrives with minimal direction but who will also proactively seek information and collaborate to drive delivery excellence.
