Is your idea of the “big picture” more of a massive billboard than a framed 8 x 10 photo? We’re seeking a Digital Optimization Lead who is ready to take control of large-scale programs and applications for one of our clients in New York, NY (Fully Remote).

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Setup, monitor, and analyze digital A/B and multivariate tests; communicate discoveries and insights to leadership.
  • Leverage quantitative reports, heatmaps (where available), and qualitative survey data to generate new A/B test ideas & functionality improvements that will improve the user experience.
  • Analyze site activities and effectively communicate insights on customer experiences, site performance, campaigns, and site behavior.
  • Adhere to the testing and optimization ongoing project timeline requirements.
  • Participate in weekly progress meetings to update stakeholders on current projects and deliverables.
  • Use data driven insights to create, maintain, prioritize and deliver an Optimisation roadmap to improve all aspects of the Website and App customer journey funnel to drive quality and sales KPIs.
  • Proactively identify customer journeys and areas of focus to drive increase in sales and contracted output.
  • Lead the optimisation and web feature development roadmap to ultimately improve conversion across the customer conversion funnel, bearing in mind target customer personas and communication strategy 
  • Develop and execute test design strategies including incrementality testing.
  • Develop methodologies to incrementally improve sales / conversion attribution.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams and represent the team as a
  • SME on the methodologies developed and designed.
  • Gainshare Digital Optimisation Lead
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to create and optimise both online and offline customer journey experiences to support new and returning customer conversion
  • Work in partnership with internal teams you will conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research, utilizing user journey monitoring tools
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure optimisation roadmap is aligned with wider business requirements, marketing objectives and success metrics
  • Maintain an awareness of industry and competitor ecommerce platform developments and emerging/disruptive technologies that support the path to conversion
  • Agree on all optimisation and development roadmaps and priorities with relevant stakeholders, inline with business, marketing and customer objectives
  • Use the analytics tools available to interpret the findings of post-campaign analysis conducted on customer journey and campaign/engagement optimisation.
EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS JOB
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with agility and accuracy
  • Proven experience in a customer journey optimization
  • Experience in working with multiple products, channels and/or logos/brands.
  • Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
  • Experience in operationalizing voice, email and Messaging
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, in particular the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and entities who may have differing priorities.
  • Familiarity with predictive targeting and testing platforms (Adobe Target, Optimizely and more)
  • Familiarity with web analytics and measurement tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Understanding of customer experience levers that drive online engagement and conversion
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to details and deadlines
  • Knowledge of and experience with UX design principles
  • Experience with heat map analysis, user testing, and other CRO technologies
  • Experience in data visualization/reporting
PREFERRED
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or related technical field
  • Experience within the Technology Industry is preferred; SAAS highly favorable
  • Deep skills in report design and generation
  • Leveraging technology to invent, automate, improve, and scale
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize workload
  • Strong solution analysis experience in a global environment with distributed teams
  • Operational and technical understanding of Chat and Messaging Contact Center environments and software is desirable.
