My mission at work is deceptively simple: I find good people who want to work with other good people. Of course it’s not as easy as it sounds, but it’s an extremely fulfilling pursuit that motivates me every day in my work at BridgeView, a place where flexibility and strategic thought are always encouraged.

As Business Development Director at BridgeView, my main objective is to find companies we can help with people, processes, and strategic initiatives. The work itself is always rewarding, and I’m continually inspired by my coworkers. Never have I been part of an organization that tries harder to make every employee feel that their ideas and opinions make a difference.
