BridgeView IT is seeking a Technical Services Manager for our valued client in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have 8 + years exp, as well as NOC Management exp. Cisco Route/Switch, Network Security, UC/VOIP, Server/Desktop support, UNIX/Linux.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of monitoring platforms and applications utilized by the Network Operation Center
• Experience with Cisco CM, Unity, CME, and CUE
• Strong layer 2/layer 3 routing/switching knowledge
• Strong understanding of multiple routing & switching protocols
• Current Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification
• Preferable strong Unix skills and/or Linux background
• Microsoft technology experience
• Windows Performance Monitoring (Log analysis experience)
• Load Analysis, patches and updates, server utilities
• Alarm/Threshhold setting
• Configure SNMP on servers and network devices for client setup
• Cisco CallManager and Unity Administration experience for MAC changes
Education/level of Degree’s
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 8 + years industry experience
• Previous experience as a NOC Manager
