Seeking Systems Administrator. VMware, Exchange, MS Server 2008, MCSE. Denver, CO. FTE or CTH
BridgeView IT is seeking a Systems Administrator for our valued client in Denver, CO. This role will be responsible for the design and daily administration of systems architecture. Responsibilities include: patch maintenance, capacity planning, upgrades and installations, recommendations for improving efficiency, assistance in new designs, disaster recover, vendor management, systems event monitoring in 24x7 environment and documentation.
Qualifications
3-5 years of systems experience MCSE and CCNA are preferred.
Solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems, with additional Linux/Unix a plus.
Working knowledge of security devices like firewalls and intrusion detection.
Working knowledge of various hardware and software platforms not limited to PCs, laptops, switches, and routers.
Must have excellent quantitative and analytical skills Programming and/or scripting using PowerShell desired.
Be able to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Periodic 24X7 on-call responsibilities
