BridgeView IT is seeking a Sr. Technical Analyst This Role is located in Skillman, NJ. It is a Perm Opportunity
Required Experience:
5 + years in supporting corporate finance and international company experience
5 + years in supporting Hyperion System 9 applications including
Financial Management (HFM) with calculation rule writing experience
Data Management (FDM) with FDM scripting experience
Hyperion Shared Services (HSS)
Analytic Services (Essbase)
Hyperion Planning
3 + years with the Essbase Calcscripts, MaxL, Esscmd and Report scripts, VB scripts
1 + year in developing finance reports using SmartView and Essbase Excel Addin.
1 + year in Report Studio experience a plus.
1+ year SAP experience a plus
Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and self motivated
Be able to work on some nights and weekends in supporting month end closing and estimate/budget/projection process
Description
The Senior Analyst is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the clients financial systems and will serve as a partner with the corporate finance analysis team to support the month end closing and budget/estimate/projection processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for monthly meta data changes and data load for month end closing.
Responsible for maintenance and support of Financial Data Quality Management, Financial Management and Management Reporting systems used by global finance users for month end actual process.
Ensure the data consistency between the SAP and the Hyperion systems.
Support financial analysis and support teams for any month end closing activities.
Responsible for maintaining and enhancing Financial Planning and Analysis system used by global finance users for the budget/estimate/projection process.
Help the global finance directors and financial analysts troubleshoot with their technical problems and data issues.
Debug and fix financial systems issues.
Create and maintain the financial reports.
Maintain and build the business logic into the data load and calculation process.
Qualifications
Required Education:
College Degree with major in Computer Science or Information Management, or College Degree with major in Finance with information management experience
