BridgeView IT is seeking JavaScript/UI developers. This role is located in South Brunswick, NJ. It is a 1-2 year contract role.
Skills and Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years experience with the following:
· Advanced knowledge of JavaScript as an object-oriented language, working with objects (classes, inheritance, etc.).
· Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Dojo, JQuery, extJS or prototype required.
· In depth knowledge of and exceptional skills in web development technologies including cross-browser *HTML, CSS, DOM manipulation, AJAX development, XML-XSLT processing.
· Strong client optimization experience including proficiency with current client-side debugging tools, browser troubleshooting tools (e.g. firebug).
· Successful project experience in building dynamic and interactive web applications including data transfer and presentation, dynamic HTML, dynamically modifying the DOM.
· Strong foundation in object-oriented design, development, and design patterns
· Full life-cycle product development experience
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent work experience.
