Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development using Java..
- 10+ years of overall IT Experience
- J2EE experience is a must: Application Servers (Jboss is preferred), JDBC, Hibernate, JMS, Struts, JSP
- Sofware Development tools: Eclipse, ant, maven is a must.
- Experience with working in team development environment using version control systems, CVS is a must.
- Experience working in Unix or Linux environment in a must. Some Unix scripting experience is a plus.
- Must have experience in developing mission critical, high volume, real-time applications.
- Some Exposure to Rules Engines (e.g. JBoss Rules/Drools) is a must.
- Building database intensive applications is a must, DB2 is preferred.
- HP Nonstop (Tandem) experience is a plus.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Visio and Project.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with AML GRA and GSI team to understand highly complex regulatory requirements.
- Derive and document Functional Specifications and Technical Design Documentation based on high level business requirements.
- Provide strategic technical direction for mission critical compliance application.
- Provide development support for Regulatory Business Rules.
