Seeking Service Delivery Manager w/ Genesys Call Center Platform exp.
BridgeView IT is seeking a Service Delivery Manager w/ Genesys Call Center Platform experience. This role is located in Denver, CO (DTC area). The resource identified will be responsible for managing contact center initiatives. The role includes maintaining business relationships, planning related technology strategies, delivering associated projects, and coordinating with necessary resources. This resource is also expected to manage related onshore and offshore team of Genesys developers.These developers will are responsible for IVR application development, business process flow configuration, CTI integration and reporting creating and maintenance.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience in developing and delivering Contact Center routing, IVR applications, CTI and reporting to meet business objectives
Positive influencing skills both verbally and through the preparation of written materials in order to build relationships and effectively communicate business needs to internal technology groups
Solid working understanding of the Contact Center Technology organization and its operations including, but not limited to Genesys Routing, CIM platform, Reporting, Genesys Voice Portal, QA, Workforce management, Avaya and Multi Media channels
Extensive application architecture experience including Genesys CTI integration to front-end applications and GVP integration to backend systems
Must have strong SDLC, project management, execution and delivery understanding with attention to detail around SLA metrics, accountability and operational excellence.
Experience presenting business proposals and recommendations to technical, business and management audiences
