Job Description:
The Systems Analyst works with server and infrastructure teams, business units, and management teams to formalize and finalize system architecture for the implementation of a server consolidation and financial systems to meet the needs/expectations of the Fixed Income group. The IT Analyst is the seam between the business units and IT infrastructure teams. He/She will convey the demands of the software users to the developers. The IT Analyst will develop and finalize Information Service's related technical solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Work with end-users to understand/analyze and perform gap analysis.
· Prepare (and maintain) technical documentation suitable for conveying user requirements to the development team.
· Review and revise previously created software/system documentation.
· Create graphical images, flow charts, and diagrams for inclusion in system documentation.
