Required Skills:
General Skills:
- Experience working on Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Warehousing, and Data Mart Projects.
- Strong SQL, problem solving, troubleshooting, teamwork and communication skills are required.
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel, including management, from both business and technical teams
- Analytical thinker capable of identifying both the depth and breadth of data required to accurately answer questions is required.
- Ability to work calmly, accurately, and quickly in a fast-paced environment to meet the required deadlines of the government filing requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of Excel and a working knowledge of other Word and PowerPoint applications are required.
- Self-motivator who seeks to improve accuracy and efficiency of business and IT processes is required.
- Participate in project team meetings and lead as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years experience in a Pharma environment with a specific concentration in Government Contracting.
5+ years hands-on experience with the I-Many Medicaid system
Business knowledge of the Medicaid claim cycle
Data Warehousing

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and operational support to the Government Contracting business unit with respect to the Imany Medicaid, MediMart reporting and Rebate Repository (Clients custom application) applications.
- Provide operation support for Model N (load files, review logs, restart app, report issues/bugs to vendor, install patches)
- Provide data extracts for ad-hoc requests or for trouble shooting purposes(Medicaid, Medimart and Rebate Repository) and format it for required distribution and further analysis (Keen understanding of the applications is a must)
- Analyze data and functional issues that arise, determine root cause of system/user errors and provide solutions to the business. If needed, contact vendor for issue escalation.
- Lead and Perform application upgrades and patches Understand additional functionalities, advise on the test approach including regression testing, create all necessary documents (IQs/OQs/test scripts, check lists) etc.
- Maintain and Develop the Medicaid Datamart and associated reporting tool. Interpret and convert business requirements into IT functional specs. Work with other IT members to develop architecture capable of supporting growth. Must possess the ability to anticipate the growth of the reporting needs in order to minimize impact to existing processes as additional business needs may arise.
- Develop in-house solutions for new business requests, define, develop and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Practical business knowledge of the Medicaid Processing functions specifically with the IMany software. Technical experience extracting Medicaid data directly from the database for analytical and/or reporting needs.
- Responsible for creating Change Control and all accompanying documentation
