Seeking ScrumMaster Bay Area, CA. Contract to Hire Position. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
BridgeView IT is seeking a ScrumMaster for our valued client in California. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and assisting cross-functional software development teams (QA, Developers, Systems Engineers, etc.)
Requirements:
- 3-5 years relevant experience in a software development or delivery organization.
- At least 3 years of project and product experience in web-based software.
- A minimum of 1+ years experience as a full-time Scrum Master.
- A thorough understanding of Scrum and Agile principles, values, and practices.
- Experience delivering one or more products through all phases of a SDLC.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of interactive web products and web 2.0 technologies.
- Experience working in an environment utilizing current and leading edge technologies (e.g. Java, .NET, etc.) preferred.
