Sales /Account Manager / Business Development Associate in our Summit, NJ Office. Responsibilities include: Work with Senior Level management within Fortune 1000 companies to identify and staff their hiring needs and build relationships with the Technology professionals within your market in order to find the right opportunity for them. Negotiates with client to establish appropriate bill rates, contract terms and fees for incoming job orders. Employs appropriate methodologies to facilitate the matching process from the client perspective. Conducts follow-up activities with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery by candidate of expected services. Preps and debriefs client; provides coaching and advice to the client through the interview process, to include counter-offers. Advises clients throughout the placement process. Works closely with the Recruiter in efforts related to candidate activities including quality assurance, candidate follow-up, candidate retention and extension, lead generation, re-marketing and assignment end.
The Sales / Account Manager/Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying and generating new business through; outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning and relationship building,* develop and implement successful and innovative selling techniques,* establish and maintain a solid networking pipeline in the surrounding territory ,* prepare and execute formal sales presentations, * create a long-term relationship with accompanying recruiter. Requirements: BA/BS strongly preferred.
BridgeView IT is seeking individuals with a minimum of four + years sales experience (within the Tech Industry). Previous Staffing Industry experience. A professional demeanor, sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations. Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal).
