- We are looking for candidates who have at least 5 years of recent experience as a Quality Assurance Lead.
- The candidate may need to provide examples of their communication skills, negotiation and facilitations skills during the interview process.

Project Description: Multiple Global projects of large size with competing priorities, typical Web based applications as well as Lotus Notes databases, SharePoint,
Technology: ASP.NET front ent, SQL Server 2008, SharePoint
Required Skills:
- MS Office: 4-5 years of experience
- Backend Data Validation: 2-3 years
- Application Testing experience: 4-5 years
- MS Project Plan: 3-4 years
- .Net:3-4 years
- Team Track- Defect Tracking tools: 2-3 years
- SharePoint: 1-2 years
- Five years experience with: Project Management, Leadership, Artifact Management, risk management, prioritization and Time management, Test Planning Activities
- Desirable: Iterative software development process and SQL Queries.
- Some positions may require limited travel - negotiable
Overview of responsibilities:
Lead Multiple High Priority Projects with 4-5 testers each both on and off-shore
Manage, plan, administer, and/or execute Quality Assurance (QA) test activities during all test-related project phases, for one or more IT projects within client Release.
Communicate (verbal and written) with business, development, and senior management, on the progress of the Release Period project goals, objectives, and testing efforts.
Risk Management and Escalation
Test activities include: design, develop and execute test strategies/plans; debug and troubleshoot; perform impact and gap analysis; monitor and instruct test resources on proper procedures to ensure team compliance, status reporting to Manager on development projects, coordinate issue resolution, defect tracking and defect triage activities.
