Seeking experienced Product Manager w BPO experience. MBA preferred. Located in Denver, CO (DTC)
BridgeView IT is seeking and individual with BPO or outsourcing experience, especially in delivering service solutions in the healthcare industry. MBA is preferred. This is a full-time, salaried role and it is located in Denver, CO. Specifically in the DTC area. This role will require 30 to 40% travel to client locations.
Required:
• 2+ years of product management experience, including managing and promoting products from concept through
development , launch and sales ramp up;
• 2+ years of BPO or outsourcing experience, especially in delivering service solutions in the healthcare industry
• 2+ years of BPO implementation experience or operations experience, especially in project management roles
• Experience in healthcare industry preferred
• Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
• Pragmatic Marketing certification is preferred
• Prior experience with healthcare payer/provider software products or competitor software products considered valuable, but not
required
• Prefer previous product lifecycle experience and a hands-on background with creating business cases including
financial modeling concepts like IRR, NPV, budgeting, critical path constraints, and portfolio planning
• Ability to see the big picture, as well as, work at a detailed level
Role Description:
This position is responsible for product managing our clients BPO service offerings. Our client provides a wide spectrum
of business related implementation, optimization and operational support services to our customers. This position will
be responsible for enhancing these existing service offerings and determining new services which can be provided to
our customers, with the goal to increase services revenue and drive customer satisfaction. The position
requires an understanding of hosting and business process outsourcing models.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager - Services Product Management, Business Services.
Specific responsibilities for the Product Manager - Services Product Management include:
• Responsible for services product management related to BPO service solutions, including service roadmaps,
overall service release strategy, and enhancement packaging
• Develops and maintains a prioritized list of customer and market requirements for assigned service offerings and
assists in portfolio management
• Responsible for working with the various client's R&D teams to accelerate service delivery readiness and develop
capabilities which enhance the value client's application service offerings
• For assigned service offerings, position is responsible for contributions to the annual services business plan
and monthly operational reviews
• Responsible for proper commercialization of assigned application service offerings including sales readiness, pricing
strategy, and streamlining the contracting process
• Frequently provide Sales & Client Services teams support for sales transactions involving BPO service offerings
• Remains knowledgeable on changes in the Medicare and healthcare fields
