BridgeView IT is seeking a PeopleSoft P2P Project Manager. This role is located in South Brunswick, NJ. It is a 1 year contract role.
Skills and Requirements
· Strong Project Management/Program Management skills being able to manage multiple tracks of work
· Minimum of 5 years experience
· Ability to work with infrastructure teams and manage in a matrixed organization
· Comfortable to work with the executive management layer
· Key qualities
o Creating/consolidating/managing multiple schedules, interdependency management
o Clarity on critical path tasks
o Managing to budget
o Problem management/risk management
o Scope management.
· Qualified candidates must be energetic and have a strong drive for success.
Additional Skills
· Must have experience doing implementations of PeopleSoft Financials and PS Financials Upgrade.
· This is a straight Project Management role however candidates need to have experience/exposure to managing projects within the IT industry to better understand the ramifications and impact of IT processes relating to the overall project.
· The successful candidate will be working closely with IT Project Managers.
· It is a plus if candidates have Ariba knowledge in addition to the PeopleSoft.

Our client is implementing a P2P Project to transform various business processes in "Procure to Pay" space to simplify and automate P2P processes to reduce costs, standardize procurement & payment processes globally, improve procurement lead times, and improve payment cycle times to take advantage of discounts.
The successful Project Manager will manage a multi track project to transform the Procure to Pay area of Global Admin Services to realize the stated vision.
