Seeking a PeopleSoft Financial Consultant. Contract position.
BridgeView IT is seeking a PeopleSoft Financial Consultant for our valued client in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have experience with upgrading PeopleSoft from 8.8 to 9.1.
PeopleSoft Upgrade Phase 1 – Assist Jefferson County Public Schools with the PeopleSoft upgrade of Financials 8.8 to 9.1. Primary responsibility will be to assist with testing, documentation and go-live support.
Tasks:
• Conduct ad-hoc testing of both delivered and custom functionality (Unit testing)
• Update existing test scripts where needed
• Develop any missing test scripts
• Assist the project team with execution of test scripts (System testing)
• Assist the project team and District users with User Acceptance Testing
• Assist the project team with identifying solutions to any gaps in functionality
• Assist the project team with identifying solutions to issues found during testing
• Assist the project team with the development of training and communication materials
• Provide recommendations on phase 2 projects that the District should consider
Outcomes:
Successful upgrade to PeopleSoft Financials 9.1 with minimal interruption to the users, other systems and to the quality of the data
