BridgeView IT is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to work on a fulltime basis with our client in north Denver.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2 + full lifecycle PeopleSoft HR, Payroll, T&L, Benefits and Ben Admin implementation experience version 8.9 +
· 3 -5+yrs PeopleSoft develop. exp.
· Minimum of 2 implementations of PeopleSoft.
- Proficient with Application development using all technical tools provided by PeopleSoft.
- Experience implementing employee self-service, manager self service (MSS), Total reward Statements, and Portal Integration are huge pluses
Responsible for providing PeopleSoft HCM production support for the following modules: Payroll, Time and Labor, HR, Benefits, Benefits Administration, Employee Self-Service and Employee Portals Integration. Provide technical support and integration with other HR Technologies such as Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Responsible for partnering with the business analyst to understand the application functionality, support fit/gap assessments and develop technical solutions to support business processes.
· Apply PeopleSoft bundles and upgrades. Leverage PeopleSoft 8.9 and 9.0 PIA (PeopleSoft Internet Architecture), Web Browser, Web Server, Application Server, Database Server and Upgrade Assistant.
- Maintain and customize PeopleSoft Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor and Payroll.
- Meet business needs using Integration Tools including Component Interfaces, Integration Broker (Application Messaging) and Business Interlinks.
- Create technology solutions using People Code and People Tools including Application Designer, Security Administration, Change Assistant, Tree Manager, Application Engine, Application Debugger, Data Mover, Workflow, Query and Process Scheduler.
- Develop reporting solutions leveraging PS/nVision, SQR and Crystal Reports.
