Oracle Financial Business Systems Analyst
Requirements
Experience with Oracle R12 financial modules Oracle (GL, AP, FA) and Microsoft Office suite.
Proficient in Oracle Reporting Products (Discoverer, Hyperion and OBIEE)
Knowledge in core banking products
Experience in developing reporting systems
Strong analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on managing relationship.
This individual will be involved with projects, systems, and applications utilized by Finance organizations. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, financial systems and some technology. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering complex business requirements and then identifying the correct technology to meet those requirements. Must have self-motivation and the drive necessary to manage complex relationships, lead projects and assignments.
Primary interface between the finance business users and the information services team for collaboration on support, application improvements and project related initiatives for the full flow of processes and systems in support of the Finance/Accounting departments.
Interact with the Information Services teams to develop solutions based on the Finance communitys requirements.
Gather/interpret reporting requirements, working with the OBIEE development resources to deliver a robust platform to enable end user report creation.
Oracle upgrade project implementation leadership.
Work with business teams to deploy best practice of business process in Oracle.
Manage the development and delivery of Key Users training programs.
Coordinate with business application manager, Key Users, IS support teams to effectively support Oracle
General Oracle support managing the Change Request pipeline.
Education:
BA or BS in Business; 5 to 7 years of experience
