• Experience with supporting or rolling out Office 2010.
• Experience in supporting and rolling out Office 2007 or Office 2003.
• Experience in level1 -2 support on Office 2010 rollouts
Overview of responsibilities:
Experience with supporting or rolling out Office 2010, experience in supporting and rolling out Office 2007 or Office 2003. The project is expected to last 6-8 months beginning in early September. This is to support about 20K end users during the deployment of Office 2010. Need to have experience in level 1 -2 support on Office 2010 rollouts. These resources will be supporting the end-users after and during the rollout of 2010, they should have prior experience supporting the End-Users with Office 2007support after and during the change from 2003.
