Seeking mid-level Java Developer. Spring/Struts/MVC/Agile. Downtown Denver. Salaried role
BridgeView IT is currently seeking a Sr. Java Developer to help build very cool web based application . This role is located in Denver, CO (Downtown).Specifically, we are seeking an experienced Developer that has worked with the MVC type framework, Spring, Struts in an Agile environment to help one of our clients develop an exciting suite of creative, web based applications. Additionally, our client is seeking candidates that thrive in a entrepreneurial environment. Candidates must be self directed, and excited about working on cutting edge web based technolgy.
Required skills:
• 3+ years exp with Java. Product based dev, highly preferred.
• 2+ years developing web based apps in the Java framework
• Good working knowledge of a Dependency Injection Framework (Spring preferred)
• Experience with a MVC framework such as Spring MVC or Struts
• Search Engine experience a plus (FAST, Lucene/SOLR, etc)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and also contribute to a team
• Experience working in an Agile environment with short Sprints
• Dedication to unit testing and code coverage
