We currently have an opening for a … Head of Trading Technology Control
Exchange and compliance liaison position responsible for:
· Liaise with compliance, clearing, risk, information technology, and the exchanges to secure connectivity for clients and ensure regulatory compliance for electronic trading activity
· Take the lead on Legal and Exchange audits
· Investigate and identify issues and implement precautionary processes to ensure electronic regulatory compliance
· Act as client technical co-coordinator, to explain advantages / disadvantages of setups and reasons for certain requirements
· Manage client independent connectivity process from paperwork to logical connectivity details
· Oversee Exchange user registrations with Futures Exchanges worldwide
· Ensure proper billing is charged back to infrastructure user, including electronic trading connections and fees
· Ensure regular audits of registered users and connections are undertaken.
· Attend and convey information from exchange technical events with level 2 infrastructure team.
Exchange technical information events management. Work with compliance to determine system requirements to meet their exchange audit and compliance requirements. A person with strong knowledge across the groups to liaise between: compliance, development, sales, customer and trading infrastructure.
