Seeking a Financial Systems Analyst. Denver, CO. Fulltime position.
BridgeView IT is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst for our valued client in Denver, CO. This position will be responsible for establishing, implementing, administering, and supporting the information technology needed to keep the CFO functions fully operational. The position will be responsible for tasks inclusive of but not limited to: operating the daily Treasury reporting process, application support for Treasury applications, administration of Treasury applications, and administration for the Sarbanes Oxley application.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience with Treasury Workstation products, specifically Wall Street Suites modules CMM, ACM, and TRM
• Experience with Cash Management, Accounting and Finance processes
• Ability to maintain a high level of communication, prioritize multiple tasks and ability to multi-task.
• Experience with administering Banking websites
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1-3 years application support or trouble-shooting experience
• 1-3 years of information technology experience
• 4 year degree
• Technical certifications
Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily bank reporting process, including the adherence to multiple SLAs throughout each day
• Responsible for Treasury system administration and maintenance including data administration, reporting and security
• Responsible for participating in system upgrades, troubleshooting, training, security control and modifications to existing services
• Troubleshoot application functional issues and coordinate issue resolution with development, technical and operations teams
• Participate in analysis, planning and implementing of process improvements, automations and new system implementations
• Responsible for implementation and administration of interfaces to banks. This includes new user setups, user entitlement additions, modifications and bank file transfer automation via NDM/FTP
• Responsible for the technical implementation of contingency planning for the Treasury including working with IT to set up new users with VPN access and troubleshoot remote connectivity issues as well as working with Treasury staff on monthly contingency maintenance and contingency testing.
• Works with new Treasury users to ensure they are set up on Treasury applications
• Consults with Treasury management and staff on technical needs and requirements. Give guidance on technical trends in Treasury Cash Management
• Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation on current and new procedures and provide training on documented processes.
