BridgeView IT is seeking experienced Product Configuration Consultants with previous Healthcare Payer systems experience. Seeking experience with Payer applications such as QNXT, Facets, NetworX, Amysis, Diamond, Metavance, MedDecision, Click-4-care, Landacorp, Ingenix, etc
Responsibilities:
- Work on site with customers in a lead role and with minimal management intervention, to plan, schedule and execute the required tasks and activities related to the implementation of our healthcare payer product.
- Lead/conduct the transfer of our payer application knowledge and analyze customers’ business requirements and objectives towards determining the optimal configuration of the customers business on the product.
- Document key business decisions and processes, and validate with the customer.
- Act as point person between applicable corporate departments and the customer to ensure that all application and technically-oriented issues relating to the implementation project are appropriately addressed.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have strong online application system exposure and a background in managed healthcare.
- Ability to analyze, interpret and configure client business needs is required.
- Very strong analytical skills.
- A demonstrated ability to implement and oversee enterprise-solution software installations through all phases is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with an eye to both detailed requirements as well as high level business issues a plus.
- Must be willing to travel on a consistent basis, within the U.S.
