BridgeView IT is seeking a Change Management lead administrator, VP This Role is located in Jersey City, NJ.  It is a Perm Opportunity

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 10 years experience in a technical IT position
  • Four year baccalaureate degree in computer science
  • ITIL certification a plus
  • HP service manager hands-on experience (including Change Management and discovery modules) a plus
  • Proven track record of administration, support and maintenance of monitoring and/or CM tools  ( such as Guardium and Tripwire)
  • Expertise in several of the following: SQL, scripting, PHP, TCP/IP, multi-tiers applications, windows servers, AIX, Linux, Mainframe, Network devices, SAN, Tivoli.
  • Financial/banking experience a plus.
  • Fast learner, able to quickly assimilate new technologies and processes.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in multi-team environment with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.

 

Position Summary

This is a hands-on position that requires a wide technical knowledge and extensive experience in supporting several concurrent multi-platform initiatives and projects that span all the technologies in use at the bank. It requires the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high quality results. It also requires the ability to take initiative and be flexible to solve complex issues while following team, manager and company guidelines. The candidate must be able to represent the team and interact with all levels of the organization as well as vendors as a professional subject matter expert (SME). Ideal candidate will have a technical IT background (for instance, as a developer, system admin or a database administrator) with experience in change management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership and responsibility for sys administration, support and maintenance of monitoring tools and CM tools
  • Lead the unauthorized change monitoring including automation, coverage to all systems and applications.
  • Automation of all scripts/reports for change detection and reconciliation with the Change requests (housed in HP Service Manager).
  • Expand Change monitoring to all systems and applications as well as network devices.
  • Monitor and review code and database changes.
  • IBM Guardium administration including setup, configuration and incident resolution.
  • SLA administration and reporting
  • Enforce Change Management guidelines
