BridgeView IT is currently seeking an IT Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity to join a locally-headquartered national technology placement firm with a proven track record in client service delivery and a differentiating infrastructure in operations and technology.
What this role is all about:
· Working with clients on their IT staffing needs from networking, server, and infrastructure roles to software development, management and executive positions.
· Owning and driving the full business cycle from securing the sale and requisition all the way to maintaining relationships and ensuring continued client satisfaction.
· Having the backing, resources, and support of the internal organization from proposal and marketing tools to technology and recruiting power.
· Supporting hiring managers and senior decision-makers throughout their careers whether at the same client or beyond.
· Regularly attending networking events and client outings to keep a strong ‘rolodex’ of contacts and relationships.
· Being ultra-organized managing multiple clients, prospects, requisitions, contractors on billing, submittals and interviews.
· Excellent communication skills (phone, in-person, email) with ability to bring conflict resolution, diplomacy, and inter-personal skills to situations.
· Enjoying the ‘hunt’ - building out existing accounts and finding new ones with long term potential.
