BridgeView IT currently has a need for Business Analyst to work on a consulting assignment with our client in San Jose.
Education and Experience
- 5-8 years experience in Support/Maintenance Contract Renewals in forecasting, trending, modeling and data mining
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Business Objects, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access
- Must be a subject matter expert in Oracle-ERP, Oracle IB, SFDC, Contracts Manager and Order Entry
- Experienced in driving and leading projects at all levels of the organization
- Experience at preparing presentations for executive level staff
This position involves analyzing support renewal data from Oracle and SFDC then refining data into information. The person in this position will make business recommendations based on the analysis. The successful candidate will be highly customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and perform to high standards of productivity and accuracy. Must be a team player and have the ability to effectively interact with personnel at all levels of the corporation. This individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and display the ability and the willingness to meet business critical deadlines.
The goal of this position is to enable our client to maximize customer renewal revenue. This will be accomplished by identifying recent lost revenue opportunities and remediating that as well as indentifying go-forward strategies to effectively and efficiently maximize renewal revenue.
