Job Description:
Serves as a liaison between the business community and the ETS Application/Engineering organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
• Gathers and translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for ETS and manages changes to such specifications
• Assists with business case development and costing of solutions, to obtain budget approval
• Communicates Business Unit priorities to all impacted ETS departments and ensures that Business Unit and ETS strategic plans complement each other
• Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and ETS from initial requirements to final implementation
• Works with business representatives, Engineering and Testing throughout the project lifecycle
• Reviews, evaluates, and participates in the delivery of high quality and cost effective solutions
• Maintains knowledge of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to supported business units to enhance the enterprise's competitive edge
Requirements
• Knowledgeable of both technology and the business area supported
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience
• IIBA certification a plus
