The CRM Integration Project has a need to hire a Salesforce.com lead application developer to complete project tasks and provide ongoing maintenance support following go-live.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

This position will serve as the technical lead for a Salesforce.com CRM implementation, with additional application development responsibilities. This position will report to the CRM Application Development Manager, and will be responsible for the following: - Primary responsibility for coding, unit testing and creating supporting documentation for application development tasks - Provide direction and technical guidance to a junior developer - Collaborate with product architects, other application development teams and infrastructure support teams to complete design, development and support activities - Interface with internal business teams to complete development and support activities

REQUIRED SKILLS:


·         5+ years application development experience

·         2+ years experience developing applications for the Salesforce.com platform

·         Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com platform out-of-the-box functionality and configuration

·         Strong working knowledge of APEX (classes and web services), Visual Force, S-Controls,

·         Web Services API, SOQL, Force.com platform

·         Certified Force.com Developer (DEV-401) or equivalent experience

·         Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent experience

·         Experience building integrations with Salesforce.com. Experience with Cast Iron is preferred but not required.

·         Strong communication skills


ADDITIONAL SKILLS:


·         Solid understanding of relational database and SOA concepts

·         Strong working knowledge of XML, HTML/DHTML, JavaScript

·         Familiarity with SDLC and software development methodologies

·         Demonstrated experience building applications that consume web services
